Why did you want solar plus storage?
”Once I decided on solar and based on where I lived, when the power goes out, it’s just a big inconvenience! It gave us peace of mind and after talking with Steve (GPE consultant) and going through all the options it made sense and aligned to have the Enphase inverters with the battery.”
What was your experience installing batteries?
“The team was great, professional and friendly. They had to access some points inside the house, since we installed the batteries in the garage. We ran the piping on the outside of the house so it is out of sight for us and looks nice.”
Have you experienced an outage and how did your batteries perform?
“In early March we had an ice storm and we were just sitting down and my wife and I didn’t even know something happened! One of our neighbors texted us and asked if we had power and we looked out and the whole neighborhood was dark, it was just us with the lights on.”
